As we approach the start of the #NMMTC here is an advanced #NOCrunch core exercise circuit that you can incorporate in to your workout.😊💪 1:Start off with a pike hold and perform 5 breaths exhaling and engaging correctly with your TA and PFM muscles. 2: Side plank with knee lift and reach - 10 reps each side. 3: Plank and high kicks x 5 each side 4: 10 x jump outs 5: 10 x Twisting mountain runs. 5: 10 x twist kicks. Repeat from Pike start and do 3 times through☺ Enjoy. NB not to be done with a diastasis, best done from 9-12 months postnatal.
