Without a campfire, these No-Bake S'more Bars are a tasty and easy way to sate your s'mores craving. These are great for any occasion or as a sweet treat.
Ingredients: 2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1 cup melted butter. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 2 cups milk chocolate chips. 2 cups mini marshmallows. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar should all be combined in a mixing bowl. Blend until thoroughly blended. To make the crust, press firmly into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan that has been greased with graham cracker mixture. Melt the milk chocolate chips and peanut butter in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and stir. Evenly distribute the chocolate mixture across the graham cracker crust after pouring it on. Top the chocolate layer with a sprinkle of mini marshmallows, gently pressing them into the mixture. To set, put the pan in the fridge for a minimum of two hours. Cut into bars once set, and savor!
