DISCIPLINE: PHYSICAL

The Physical discipline is the most popular and most studied of the six primary magical disciplines. Defined as magic that allows the user to change either the physical world around them or their own physical appearance, it is considered highly useful and flexible as far as magic goes. Magi that are sorted into the Physical discipline typically begin showing signs of magical manifestation relatively early, as it -- along with the Elemental discipline -- is one of the most extrinsic and visible fields of magic. Known Specialties of the Physical discipline are:

Enhanced Senses - the magical enhancement of one or more of the five natural senses (sound, sight, smell, taste, touch)

Enhanced Attributes - the magical enhancement of one or more physical attribute (strength, speed, agility, dexterity, etc)

Shapeshifting - the ability to fully shift one's body into that of a living, extant creature

Doppelganger - the ability to fully take on the physical appearance of another human being

Inanimation - the ability to fully take on the physical appearance of any inanimate, but organic object (i.e. trees)

Telekinesis - the ability to physically move and reposition objects with strength of willpower and thought

Cardiff Fish and Farmers Market

Nestled on a pier, the Cardiff Fish and Farmers Market is the perfect spot to grab whatever you need. Boats line up to drop off their latest catch, while local vendors above sell everything from fruits, veggies, fish, and handmade goods no matter the season. A seafood boil and beer is always a perfect idea for lunch and there’s no better place to get it. Catch local bands playing in the middle of the pier or artists trying to paint the lively scene around them. Just a chill place bustling with people and full of good food.

The Fall

Abandoned Gas N Junk Gas Station

Just a little outside of the city limits, this has station used to be very busy before it closed down. There's no more gas in any of the tanks, but that doesn't stop its usefulness. 

The gas station is also overgrown.  Lots of grass, flowers and trees. Instead of it giving off an eerie feeling, it feels more like home. Many teenagers like to frequent it and leave little gifts. Often times, the running joke is that they're leaving offerings for the fae that live in the now empty gas station. Although no one knows if it's actually true (it probably isn't) they can all appreciate the almost ethereal otherworldly beauty about it. 

The Graveyard

Located at the edge of town. At night (and during the winter) it can be creepy and dismal to be in or around, and it's often subject to early morning fog. 

Most times, there's lots of wild flowers and grass. Since it's mostly abandoned, save for the very few people that work there, the grass is fairly tall and sometimes covers the gravestones. When people visit, they're often asked to bring more flowers to pot and add to the wild expanse of the graveyard.

DISCIPLINE: ELEMENTAL

The Elemental discipline is the second-most common class of magic among the Magi, and is easily the most extrinsic and visible. Defined as the Discipline able to manipulate the natural elements of the world, it is far more versatile than may first seem. Elemental magi tend to manifest their first hints of magic early. Known Specialties of the Elemental discipline are:

Aerokinesis - the ability to manipulate air, including pressure

Geokinesis - the ability to manipulate earth, including minerals and magmatic substances but excluding plantlife

Hydrokinesis - the ability to manipulate water, including ice and steam

Pyrokinesis - the ability to manipulate fire and heat

Atmokinesis - the ability to manipulate weather

Zookinesis - the ability to manipulate the autonomy of animals
