I mentioned in another post that Breezepelt is fire-kin in this au, and this is how! (In this au, my reasoning for why she's red-furred like her dad is because she's trans, mtf.)

As for how she and Nightcloud got together, they technically met during the journey to the lake territories, but didn't start getting close until just after Leafpool and Crowfeather left the clans

Squilf went to Windclan looking for her sister and was escorted back to the border by Nightcloud who at the time to de-escelate how upset she was at the time, told Squilf she'd tell her at the gatherings if she heard anything about Crow and Leaf.

this lead to Squilf seeking her out at gatherings for news, then making excuses to meet at the border, and eventually leading to sneaking out of camp to meet up. In TMT!AU, Night and Squilf are the ones who discover the tunnels, using them to meet with each other in secret.
