I got the second interview, but when I got there he had an interview before me, so I had to sit for five minutes listening to this dumb old guy talk about how he managed five different businesses and was out of sales for eighteen years but was a fucking cfo/ceo of a company and worked at a farm and “just wanted to keep busy” and how he lived comfortably “not rich, but comfortable,” and how he was going to shovel hay for stupid horses “and you know, it’s a literal ton of hay”.
