I’m a Black girl, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York City to two Black-ass parents from the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua. (A place I know your uncultured ass has never been to and probably never even heard of before I mentioned it.) It’s literally one of the BLACKEST places on earth. And yes, I don’t believe that white folks belong in our spaces just because they did the bare minimum. Not even my ✋🏻 colored faves. You are straight corny. Damn right I will stand up for mixed race/biracial Black folks, too. Meghan Markle never said she didn’t experience racism. She said that her experience is different because of what she looks like. She’s white presenting not “white passing” – big ass difference. Most people just assume that she’s white, so they always said crazy shit around her. She doesn’t phenotypically look like a Black girl, so most people won’t treat her like one right off the bat. Duh! Like, are you slow? Please go take your ass on somewhere.
