After a year of these current events of injustice flowing from this second Trump Administration, millions of European Americans are struggling with their mental health.
Advice from anti-racism/pro-humanity educators seems hard to follow because many lack the resources in order to follow through. Yes, they see what is happening the same way that Black, Brown and Indigenous people see what is happening, however, European Americans do not possess an anti-racism community to protect them from the MAGA supporters who appear to be cheering on every act of cruelty.
The results are profound feelings of loneliness, rejection and abandonment.
