I'm pleased to introduce the newest member of the #ToneHengeâ„¢ family: 1968 #Fender #ProReverb! . Thanks to all your wise counseling (enabling?) the other day, and thanks to my friends at @folkwaymusic, I gave into my addiction (again!) and got that new #amp after all. Never thought I would ever want a #silverface Pro Reverb but I have a penchant for all things made in 1968 and I love the look of a #DripEdge, so when this one appeared on the @folkwaymusic website the other day I was smitten! . Original 2 x 12" #Utahspeakers and transformers all dating to late '67 or early 1968. The AB668 circuit has been "blackfaced" to #AA165 specs (even though the tube chart reads AA165, it actually left the factory wired to the '68 circuit). Original tolex, footswitch, grill cloth, and drip edge trim. But what really got me was the condition...you just don't see many silverface #amps this clean. Except for one noticeable scratch under the "Pro Reverb" lettering, it basically looks new. . Many thanks to @folkwaymusic for this fine addition to the #ampcollection! . . #newampday #newguitarday #newgearday #guitar #guitars #guitaramp #fenderamp #vintageamp #vintagefender #tubeamp #fenderproreverb #fenderpro #amplifier #vintageamplifier #silverfaceamp #dripedge #guitarphotography #ampphotography (at Folkway Music) https://www.instagram.com/p/CF7XoryBFfn/?igshid=i6lb03zajdfq
