Finally managed to play netrunner (imagine magic but actually good and run by a non-profit) in a local space again. Even managed to win 3/5 games (with decidedly off-meta bullshit no less!). Life is probably worth living
They're just colleagues
She's so easy to photograph sometimes.
Wanted to check out Valeska's canon apartment in Kabuki, and also a non-model-like pose. :3c
Wish Cyberpunk had posing plugins like Brio/Ktisis/Anamnesis for FFXIV, because I want to explore practice more snaps of daily life shots. Also wish we could export V straight from the game like XIV so I can snag Clayton from his save and drop him as an NPV for Valeska. :(
Netrunner exploded. I mean laptop. I mean

Day 1 - Go Ahead, Underestimate me. | Found Family
Fenix wasn’t a stranger to the problems of gunfire while trying to ensure she was protected. That was why it was always so thrilling. Jade and Crossfire weren’t just the best at trying to keep things under control, they were the newest up and coming crew in Night City. It only took a few weeks to make things work for the trio and the eddies were flowing in quickly after that.
Fenix’s eyes were focused partly on the heads up display she had coming from her AR Goggles on her face, and partly on Jade’s rather large and round behind that was currently bent over right before her. It took only a few moments for Fenix to reach out and give it a firm squeeze and a smack, which elicited a bit more than a squeak from the other woman.
Jade gave a glace back from her sniping position and grinned, rolling her eyes. “You could be more focused on the access points, you know?” Jade whispered through her teeth as she rolled her eyes. “Those turrets you found aren’t going to shut themselves off by themselves. Unless you want Crossfire to end up as Chinese Takeout?”
Fenix chuckled under her breath as she let her vision relax and focus on the digital world around her. “That wasn’t a complaint I heard, Jade. Neither was last night” Fenix’s voice was playful and flirty in equal parts as she reached out her mind to move around in the net. “Goblins and Hellhounds? Easy Clap. What a joke of a security system!”
It wasn’t long before her own programs de-rezzed the security protocols and slid her way to the turret controls. “Alright babe, coast is clear” Fenix gave her knuckles a crack as she moved them to start working on her cyberdeck and began to upload her own viruses and download the files needed to complete the gig. “You’re up, Crossfire. We’ll ditch this rat’s nest on your call.”
Twenty Minutes, the crew was in and out in twenty minutes, with the files, and a calling card with a laughing, flickering flame on a burnt out laptop. It took them another ten to get to the docks for the hand off, but that was where things started to go wrong. After that, the burning feeling in her eyes, and the ringing from the flash grenade started to finally wear off. Jade stood over her, the feeling of betrayal and the sting of a punch to the guts was all she could remember between that and the fact that her lover was the one that did it.
“Bitch, the fuck are you doing?” Fenix spat out, her eyes finally starting to focus and narrowed as she tried to make out the rest of the figures behind Jade. “It wasn’t the Sex, trust me, but the eddies that were promised for your arrest were a lot more lucrative.” Jade spoke with a smirk on her face. “Every one of those dead presidents you “stole” weren’t worth dealing with what was coming if I didn’t. Trust me.” the venom and sarcasm was obvious as Jade looked down at Fenix on the concrete floor of the warehouse.
“Besides, this wasn’t really about paper anyway. You never really had a chance of getting past their security, even if you thought it was going to be easy.” Jade spun on her toes a moment as she started to walk away, leaving the sore Netrunner to her fate.
Her eyes shone in the dim light of the warehouse as she spoke under her breath. “Go ahead. Underestimate me. I’ll make you and all of Biotechnica pay”
