Ok. I need to hard vent/ looking for advice if anyone has also been in a weird situation like this. I will try to keep it short , sweet to the point. So my fiance and I got a new neighbor a couple months back , he is pure 100% from the south with the "southern comfort" attitude....but he's also a VERY intense guy (random spurts of happiness/excitement and anger) and now there are just things he does that WE feel is starting to overstep. (we know he means well but there are also a couple red flags)

1)He is literally next door, so he just comes over to our house un-announced, sometimes 4 times in ONE DAY. If he's drinking he comes back at some point fucking shirtless.

2)When he does come over un announced, it's almost like he expects us to drop everything to entertain him. I personally don't like that, I like my privacy and I'm an introvert and just like to be home enjoying MY time with my fiance or by myself. and he doesn't really take a soft no for an answer or read the social cues that but we have also been too nice to say "hey get out". which now we feel like we need to say something to him

3)talks alot about personal stuff

4) asks us to let him know if we go grocery shopping so he can join since lack of car. (which we have offered once)

what REALLY cut the cake for me was yesterday he came right over , walked in and said that HE NEEDED TO CALL HIS MUM AT OUR HOUSE BECAUSE QUOTE " if i call her at my house by myself im going to get angry and destructive" but its not like we want to be in the middle of that shit.

So now at this point we are kinda weary about what to do because im afraid he could have an outburst on us or something. He does nice things for us too at times which is nice of him

but I'm at a loss, I feel like he's overstepping boundaries though we both don't really know what to do at this point.

The Terror Next Door has gotten a drum set.

So we get to listen to her smash the drums all day:

10:30am – 1:20pm

2:30 – 3:30pm

5:30pm

She is 16 and has ZERO rhythym.
