It's Mermaid Monday! Today's message is to dream big and stay positive about those dreams. Go on a negativity diet and eliminate all doubtful thoughts about your capabilities, end drama-filled relationships, and avoid articles, posts and news that emphasizes gossip, judgement, and inflammatory commentary. By focusing on what you Truly want instead of leaking energy into negative thoughts, your manifestations appear more quickly and the resulting good for the world helps those negative situations about which you might be worried. Further support your Big Dreams by using Feng Shui- get rid of items that you no longer want or need, are broken, or would just be better off with someone else. Then, place crystal grids and/or use sacred geometry to increase the positive energy in your environments. When you find yourself floating back into negative thoughts, say "stop" and recenter with a positive statement. It's similar to coming back to the breath during mindfulness meditation when you wander off into thoughts rather than your focal point, mantra, etc. Make a poster board filled with inspiring images to remind you of the benefits of staying positive, forgetting small thoughts, and going for it.
