And Narumi in the middle... It's because of things like this that I can't stop reading Relax.

OG villa girls: Mina, Jura, Kikoru, Konomi, Akari

OG villa boys: Kafka, Akira, Reno, Iharu, Haruichi

Bombshells: Rin, Hakua, Sagan, Soshiro, Gen, Aoi

- Rin arrives as a bombshell early on and couples with Jura.

- Jura is eliminated for her anger issues and Rin walks off with her. They are still happily together at the reunion.

- Soshiro arrives half way through and tries to win over Mina (who coupled and then split from Kafka)

- Mina struggles to pick between Kafka and Soshiro. She wants to give Kafka a second chance but Soshiro is the perfect new guy.

- Akira and Konomi couple briefly but decide to split and Akira is voted off

- Konomi is single for a long time until Gen arrives as a bombshell

- Gen is an obvious wild card thrown in by the producers to keep things spicy on set.

- Hakua arrives as a bombshell and couples with Iharu but the chemistry isn't there so she opts to leave the villa

- Akari was originally coupled with Haruichi until Haruichi fell for Aoi and the two left the show together

- Iharu and Akari couple and are surprised at how good it's going

- Poor bombshell Sagan is awkward the entire time she's on camera and is sent home for not coupling but then brought back by fans

- Mina couples with Sagan, shocking everyone

- Kafka and Soshiro are dumped from the villa after Mina chooses Sagan. (they begin dating after the season ends)

Hoshikaf - Hoshina. It was damn near love at first laugh. Pretty much instant attraction. In my head, Hoshina is kinda crazy about Kafka.

Hoshimina - Mina. This might be a controversial take but listen, Mina noticed Hoshina in a sea of other officers during joint training and said to herself "I will have him." Then she asked him not once but TWICE to join her. She's never let him go since.

Narukaf - Kafka. When they met, Kafka had a lot of respect for Narumi, and he CONTINUED to have respect for him after seeing Narumi's genuine personality (and that's so wild tbh).

Narunogi - Narumi. All Konomi did was say hi and he's already hard. Meanwhile, she probably hasn't ever thought about him before...

Gen and Konomi have matching profile pictures on all their socials (Gen's idea).

Gen does ALL the shopping. He orders everything online and pays extra for same-day delivery.

Konomi cooks when she has time, but most nights they order take-out.

Gen secretly cooks (Konomi has never seen him do it) and leaves the dishes waiting in the fridge for Konomi to discover after a long day.

Konomi drives. Gen is a passenger princess.

Konomi has an easy time buying Gen gifts because he never stops talking about the games/model kits he wants.

Gen has a hard time buying gifts for Konomi because she insists that she'll accept "anything".

Their shared bedroom has shelves of stuffed bears on one wall and shelves of models and figures on the opposite wall.

Gen is a biiiiiiiiiig cuddler and accidentally crushes Konomi in his sleep.

Gen keeps his wedding ring on under his combat suit gloves, despite mild discomfort. Konomi told him he doesn't have to, but Gen does it anyway.

Konomi stubbed her toe at work once and Gen rushed over from Ariake to start arguing with Mina about "workplace safety violations"

Konomi pulls on Gen's arm when she wants him to lean down for a kiss. Gen gets flustered every time.

If Gen tells a joke that Konomi likes, he'll continue telling that joke for the rest of the month. Their mutual friends hate it.

Gen has asked a million times for Konomi to transfer to his division, but she won't. The compromise is that Konomi texts him heart emojis during her lunch break.

Gen gets mopey when Konomi works overtime. He waits by the front door like a dog (he's very spoiled).

Whenever the First Division is called to neutralize a kaiju, Konomi sends Gen a "Be safe!" message. After the neutralization is over, Gen replies with a "Relax, it was weak! I'm invincible!!!"

Konomi has a lot more relationship experience than Gen. She had to teach him a lot of things, but he's a quick learner.

Gen steals Konomi's glasses to take photos in them. He thinks they make him look smarter.

Konomi nerds out about Gen's kaiju eyeballs and number suit.

Gen consults Konomi on new defense force technology.

Konomi handles finances and gives Gen an allowance so he doesn't over-spend each month.

Konomi will call Hasegawa if she wants advice on how to deal with Gen being stubborn. His advice is always "buy a spray bottle and a fly swatter".

Gen built Konomi a custom gaming PC for their first anniversary.

Konomi doesn't get jealous because it's incredibly obvious Gen loves her (to an almost ridiculous degree).
