Weird or funny? Ok, one time during cross-country practice in high school I was going along the 4 mile route (because long distance running sucks and I liked to torture myself but not too much) and I was following one of the other people in the team. It turned out he was going on the 10 mile route. Well eventually he got too far for me to see where he was going and I got lost, my improvised route took me through an unknown neighborhood(though a really nice unknown neighborhood) I was just wondering through this maze of houses super thirsty and lost. I was tempted to stop at a house to ask for some water but I didn’t because it would  have been awkward to ask and because I was sweaty and probably didn’t smell very fresh. So I just kept jogging(though at that point is was just jogging at less than walking speed) until I thought that and then just started walking to catch my breath. When I got the the main road I then realized I was just up the street from my high school maybe a few blocks away. I never saw those houses again.(sorry if that wasn’t exactly funny or weird but It’s funny to me looking back on it)
