This was me Sunday. I wore a green ribbon at church to let people know that I am a supporter for people with mental health challenges or who perhaps are just having one of those days. Today I need to go to the store and buy more ribbon for others to wear. Together we are making a difference and erasing the stigma surrounding mental health. Last night I attended and helped out a poetry event to promote women’s mental wellness. I taught how to do blackout poetry and we shared our fears and how we will counter them.
