The sweat was real this morning and it felt so good. Loving this #HealthyLifestyle. I was telling one of my colleagues today how much I wish I had this when my kids were born and I was a #sahm . I told her how isolated I felt and all I had was my kids, Oprah, and brownies to cope 🤣. I wanted to get back in shape so bad but I didn't have the tools. i tried the gym because of the free childcare but getting everyone loaded in the car only to have to unload because of yet another poopy diaper left me with more days at home than at the gym, so I quit . It's Wednesday and the only things I've done right this week is get my workout in and keep my nutrition on point. (Though I did have some extra dark chocolate last night). This was me over the weekend. Hello CALORIES! But I had a cleanse waiting for me at home. #MySolution that gets out the gunk and has me lose the average 5-10 lbs I gain on vacation. #DontJudge I work hard and I play hard, I am HUMAN just like YOU! But being a #CancerSurvivor I have to be extra careful to get the "fun" out. Sugar is the #1 cause of death and also the #1 cause of #cancer. Since the beginning I have stayed #CancerFree holistically and this is one of my solutions. It quickly gets my blood back to an #Alkalinized state which is a state cancer cannot grow in. This is my little secret #plantbased weapon that forgives me of my sins. I am going to be running 2 upcoming small support groups. One after Halloween November 5th 6th and 7th.
