Been getting back into knitting dish/wash cloths. As much as I would love to have enough that I wouldn’t have to buy paper towels again I think my hands would fall off. Because knitting with Peaches & Cream / Sugar ‘n Cream cotton yarn kills my hands. But that doesn’t stop me from buying 5 more skiens of more wonderfully obnoxious variegated yarn. Seriously I love knitting little projects like this or socks in a range of colors that I wouldn’t normally wear.

So I’m trying out my first in-the-round project. Honestly it’s not that hard, but good lord is it a lot of needles lol.

Knitting up some Christmas present socks for my SO. The yarn is a discontinued Felici colorway called Steamer Trunk and the pattern is a free one on Ravelry called Blueberry Waffle Socks. This is an excellent pattern for self striping sock yarns.

Increases abound! Finished up my second flax sweater a few nights away and started this cardigan Sunday night.

Knitting and pasta, two of my favorite things. The sweater is another Flax sweater (free) that I am knitting for my youngest. And the pasta is in a sauce that has red wine and chocolate.

So many fuzzy cables. I can't wait to wear this on a chilly day. The yarn is a recently discontinued KnitPicks yarn called Reverie that I snatched up from their summer sale.
