So I put this quilt top together years ago and never got around to getting it quilted.
But then my Mum asked me if I had anything that would work for my cousin, who likes flowers and her favourite colour is pink.
So I went out to the shed to look for some fabric to throw together a nice little twin and low and behold, found this Radiant quilt top!
It’s a bit short at 85” long, but will still work. I am going to keep looking and see if I have any of the border print left over so I can make a matching pillowcase to go with it. EDIT: I did! I had 36” left and needed 30” to make a burrito(hot dog) pillowcase.
I put a bright pink cotton on the back and a dark pink thread so the flower quilting would show up, with light pink thread on the top. Found a great matching plum pink for the binding and off she goes to my cousin!
Also also! If I fold the quilt the right way, it fits nice and snug in the pillowcase LOL
