GoldRush Motel has been closed for repairs. The structure sustained extensive damage when an unidentified assailant plowed a stolen car through the reception area and vandalized multiple rooms. In addition to the damage from the collision, approximately 5,000 gallons of water flooded the building, destroying most of the guest rooms and the lobby. Police are investigating, and searching for the person responsible. Current guests have been transferred to The Curious Cottage, a bed and breakfast down the road. The motel is closed until further notice.

(1/2) ok wow! cool idea! i have questions! 1) do the passengers retain the memories of their old life, but instead of dying they ended up on a cruise somehow? or do they have totally fabricated memories in which they are the kind of person who goes on cruises? or is their past all kind of a blur and they dont question that? 2) were all the passengers connected in their old, criminal lives? like in the same crime family?
Hello there!
(1) Passengers and crew members alike have fabricated memories of their current pasts but no memories of their histories in former timelines. Some of them may retain scars/tattoos from previous timelines (particularly ones that may have been been inflicted in the events around their death in a previous timeline) that they cannot explain based on their current memories. For example, they might discover that upon boarding the ship they have a birthmark or scar that wasn’t there prior to boarding the ship.
(2) They may or may not have been connected to one another in a previous timeline, depending on if they are a character that was played in the RP previous to the current timeline.
