I called this mousse “Monica” — after the wife of my friend @I-will-see-your-face , who inspired me to create it.
It’s an incredibly light and elegant dessert: quick, delicious and truly impressive.
Mascarpone + sour cream (I used Austrian 24% — hello Austria and thanks😊) + sugar to taste. I personally prefer it less sweet. Whip everything together with a mixer. Or if you’re in a meditative mood, use a whisk.
You can adapt this recipe however you like: any fruits, chocolate, sauces, alcohol…
