Medal Monday 🏅 Trifecta #16 in the books 📚 It’s getting harder to do with my knee. Jersey Beast was not as bad as some of the others. I opted out of Sunday Super and Sprint since I have 4 extras to complete Trifectas and thought I would save my knee. I still have a few more to go this year. Happy Medal Monday! 🏅 Saturday Spartan Beast at Mexico 🇲🇽 was super challenging for me. Breathing hard through all the climbs. There were many. I met an awesome group on the trail and stuck with them. This is the best part of Spartan, it’s the #spartancomunity . I came alone but didn’t feel alone on the course.
