Happy Medal Monday! ๐ Saturday Spartan Beast at Mexico ๐ฒ๐ฝ was super challenging for me. Breathing hard through all the climbs. There were many. I met an awesome group on the trail and stuck with them. This is the best part of Spartan, itโs the #spartancomunity . I came alone but didnโt feel alone on the course.
