Sparkeater Senator Shockwave AU (hopefully no one has done this yet...)

I don't exactly know how sparkeaters work so hopefully I'm somewhat close lol. Honestly this AU is great for angst potential (mainly optimus and some of the Outliers he used to mentor) and possibly... would give post empurata shockwave a mid life crisis seeing his old body like this?
