Assuming this is real infoā¦ this girl calling Heated Rivalry āthe most accurate portrayal of gay sex Iāve seen on TVāā¦ yeah, the cast genuinely werenāt exaggerating about how explicit it gets. FranƧois was absolutely right when he called it āpornā ā he knew exactly what was coming, lol.
But if the show also manages to meet the bar for queer storytelling on TV, then weāre in for something special. The third episode of The Last of Us is still one of the finest hours of television: a devastatingly tender, beautifully crafted story about Bill and Frank. It steps away from Joel and Ellie to give us something quieter but far more affecting ā a reflection on love, vulnerability, and what it means to build a life with someone, even in the worst possible circumstances. I'm not ready, you're not ready, we are so not ready for this show!
