No it's actually totally chill if being nonhuman is a phase for you. Seriously, it is. The very nature of the self is impermanence, so don't feel tethered to any aspect of your identity if it doesn't feel like you anymore. Don't do that to yourself.

However, if you're afraid of losing yourself, if you're terrified the world is going to beat it out of you or simply fearful that one day you'll just give up and give in - I'm thirty-two years old. I turn thirty-three at the end of August. This is my life. This is me.
