So Lisa and Rabbit’s had one heck of a wedding. The day started with the ceremony on top of Mount 7 in Golden BC. The spot where one gnarliest/notorious mountain bike trails starts (Home of the Mt 7 Psychosis DH race).
After a very cute ceremony about two dozen of us hopped our trusty bicycles to ride (skipping the scariest part of the trail : Dead Dog) and rode 1200 vertical meters down!
We got some great photos and everyone had a great ride. Dinner and party was at the Beaverfoot Lodge.
I haven’t done any DH riding in several years, so I got a flat and almost crashed pretty early on. Thanks to the help from my pal Chris Turner we got the wheel fixed up and more air in my suspension (forgot I was going to be wearing a 40lbs camera bag when setting up for the ride).
