So I'm not gonna call these goals because goals can seem unattainable. So this is just what I am doing this month: - Mostly vegan with the exception of 2 meals per week (90%\10%) - no dairy (bc of eczema) - C25k 3 times per week - gym 3 times per week (with exception of vacay) - prep breakfasts and work lunches in advance/ night before - at least one 20/10 a day when home (UFYH) - go to bed between 9 and 9:30 (with exception of vacay)
soooo veganism. that's a thing with me now

A vegan gnocchi recipe. What more could one ask for?
Seriously though, I love gnocchi with a passion of 1,000 suns and I have found no drawbacks to making gnocchi without an egg. Tastes the same, reacts to the cooking process the same. its just flippin delicious. Why bring extra stuff into a recipe if you don’t need it?
Same went for the pine nuts in the pesto recipe. I like this pesto, it’s good and pine nuts are pricey so get rid of them!

Every one i come across acts like my food allergies are such a horrible thing but being allergic to dairy, soy, gluten, and GMO meats makes it so i have no choice but to eat REAL food and i honestly have never felt better eating nothing but fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes and starches/whole grains.I'm happy my body is intolerant to most man made "food."
