My Work Usage Guidelines: These rules can be changed at any point in time without notice.
I allow people to use my work, 3D or 2D, for all kinds of things. These are my guidelines to follow so that you know what you can/can't use my work for.
Let's get the most important things out of the way: 1. Give credit. 2. Direct back to me if you can. 3. Be respectful of my work. 4. STRICTLY use only for personal work. This means no selling or making any kind of money off of my work. Whether it be merch, a poster, a sticker, anything physical and/or digital.
DO NOT UNDER ANY BLOODY CIRCUMSTANCE USE MY WORK TO ADVERTISE, MAKE MONEY FROM, FRAME ME IN A BAD LIGHT, PROMOTE HATRED OR DISRESPECT OF ANY KIND, MAKE AI GENERATIVE WORKS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING TRAINING, MAKE OR SELL NFTS OF ANY KIND, MAKE NSFW.
You can use my work for, WITH CREDIT: 1. PFPs 2. Posters 3. Edits 4. Banners 5. Emojis/reaction images 6. Background footage in videos (as long as said video is not monetised. If you want it monetised, don't use my work. Simple as that.) 7. Reference (for fan works, personal drawings/renders/animations, etc.) 8. Inspiration
You CANNOT use my work for: 1. NSFW (somehow) 2. AI generative use in any way, including training LLMs 3. NFT use in any way, shape or form 4. Advertising of your or other people's products that are not mine/related to me and/or directed back to me 5. Promoting any kind of hatred and disrespect to absolutely anyone of any kind 6. Copying (Copying is different from taking inspiration/reference, if you were curious.) 7. Reposting 8. Painting/framing me in a bad light in any way. (If I have done anything wrong, point it out respectfully, and know that my fault is entirely on me and I will work on it in my own time.)
DO NOT: 1. Claim my work is yours 2. Repost my work, regardless of reason 3. Attempt to remove my watermark/crop it out (exceptions being within VIDEO EDITS that use effects like zooms, transitions, etc. that will inevitably cut my watermark out of frame, or within PFPs and online/digital banners that may not have the ratio to fit it in.) 4. Steal
Do not claim that my work is yours. There's no point in it and it will not make anyone like you. If you want people to like you and your works, toughen up and learn how to make your own things, and be a decent person.
I spend hours to days to weeks to sometimes months on my animations, drawings and renders. You are not entitled to use my work at the end of the day, yet I still let you use my work for personal works/creations, completely free of charge.
I will continue to allow you to use my work, free of charge, so long as you follow the guidelines and respect me and my work.
I reserve the right and will to report any content using my work that does not respect these rules. I will search the internet to find any works of mine that may have broken these guideline's rules. You cannot hide your attempts to break these rules.
If you want me to see any personal works you have made with my work, feel free to @ me on whatever site you post it on. I don't bite, as long as it follows my guidelines.
I am lenient. If you want to make a deal to be allowed an exception from any one of these rules (excluding AI use, NFT use, NSFW use, advertising/money making, and promoting hatred), let me know.
If YOU see anyone breaking these guidelines without me knowing, alert me, please.
TLDR: be a good person, don't steal my work, don't use my work for things I obviously do not support (this 100% includes generative AI and NFTs so don't try to spin it in any way you AI sloppists), don't use my work to make weird things, don't make money off of my work.
