to be far more specific: I prefer 30 minute time breakdowns not 15 bc I’m almost never that specific, 7am to at LEAST 9, and I don’t like inspirational quotes or other garbage cluttering the pages, especially not shit that tells me what to do like ‘things to be grateful for’ or whatever
