Im finally working on my portfolio for graphic design. Im going to be doing it online while doing my apprenticeship that way I'll have finished my equivalent to year 12 and it only takes a year (maybe less if I smash through it) Then I'll get to do my business management degree. Im pretty excited about this considering Ive been doing a traineeship with April Phillips making leather shoes. So she came up with the idea of doing an "assignment" for her where I'm creating a mood board showing my ideas for my final design, 3-5 A4 repetitions and modifications of the design then the final on A3 paper. After that I'll begin carving my design into leather. Its pretty hard but im happy with what ive come up with so far and it incorperates elements of my mentors work. Cant wait to begin my graphic design course because I can start designing my own cars and thats just so fucking exciting.Â
