It's part of a pattern in Trump's life. Nothing is EVER his fault. If part of the definition of adulthood is taking responsibility for one's own actions, Trump has a psychological age somewhere between 2 and 3.
The reflecting pool is under constant surveillance. If there were actual vandalism, it would have been caught almost immediately.

In just over 4 months we have the opportunity to vote Trump's accomplices on Capitol Hill out of office. With Democratic majorities in Congress, Trump will still make shit up but it will be harder for him to get away with it.
