Morning. New week. New goals. A new week full of opportunities. I decided to get up and out this morning and head for a 20 min walk. Remember way back when, when I would do a 20 min walk to our local windmill after the school run? Well today I decided to start it again. I need more movement in my day. Chasing after the kids just isn’t enough. I can feel my muscles getting lazy. I’m 39plus a bit soon. Im also in Perimenopause and so I need to protect my bones. So now feeling energised. Monday ( day 36 of lockdown) let’s do this. Remember you can handle all the week throws at you.
