i watched a playthrough of a psychological analog-horror videogame called MOLE yesterday and it just stuck to me, i think it was really really good and its brand new so im just gonna be waiting for it to blow up at some point, and frankly i will be upset if it wont. i was also feeling like i go crazy over seeing ukrainian language in the environment of the game but it makes sense bc the studio is swedish-ukrainian, which just made it so much more exciting for me personally

i cant wait for people to start post about it, if youre into mouthwashing/ninah/iron lung you should def check it out

Spoilers for the game, but had a question from watching Jacksepticeye's playthrough of Mole, Re: Petro

Looking at the physical notes as "truth," wasn't there a doctor's note/report claiming that the staff failed to overwrite Petro? And they were unsure how to break this news... I guess at first I thought the ending was about him symbolically erasing his own son to fulfill the wishes of this higher power. (Or sacrificing him, a lot like Abraham and Isaac.. just with perhaps a different higher powers motivations and a darker ending).

Or was it moreso implied that he, after pulling Petro's life support, rewrote and took the memory for himself so that it never would exchange hands with anyone (and also, if Petro was concious, remove the evidence of his own father killing him)? I guess thinking back on it, the doctors commentary feels more like world building to show the "sudden death" report and later give Viktor turning off the life support himself far more impact.

Overall obsessed with this game the the levels of reality that it shifts between. Absolutely phenomenal. Would love to hear others' thoughts.
