#Throwback to May : I have constantly been thinking of the BEST EVER Durian Creme Brulee I've eaten from @thequarterssg often. And so... I could not resist the temptation but to order it as they offered delivery during the CB period too! One is definitely not enough to satisfy this craving I've had for so long so I ordered 6pcs of these yummylicious Duriancanboleh! 😋😋😋 While I was browsing through the menu, I came across another dish that is a weak spot of mine - Truffle Wagyu & Foie Gras with Onsen Egg! I love Beef and I love Foie Gras and I love Egg, so I knew I need to try this too. And OMG this is one of the best rice dish I've ever eaten I swear! (Just typing this makes me miss this dish). 😍😍😍 Added on their Salted Egg Fries as well cos I remembered their Salted Egg sauce is awesome too and it still is! I was sold by the self-made vetiver #tincture. See this? One of the best foie gras I've tasted in a long time. Done as usual with a twist of local by my favourite #modsin #chef @ponchohood @thequarterssg Fwah! comes on kaya toast with scrambled egg on top. Trust me....the sweetest of his home-made kaya actually balanced off the beautifully grilled foie gras and the scrambled egg added a wonderful decadent extra to a sensory explosion that had me hoarding the shared portions!
