Hi, I’m Mod Kay! I’m a 21 year old age regressor, pet regressor, and age dreamer, and I use they/them pronouns. I’m the creator of the @carereg community, @noncomregressiontags , @just-a-little-little-positivity , @pet-pawsitivity , and @coloringcore , and I mod at @nursreg , @comfort-kids-daycare , @arden-official , and @regressors-blocklist . Because I help run so many blogs, I thought it might be best to condense my “about” page to one post on one blog.

I’m an age regressor, and age dreamer, a pet regressor, and a cg/switch. I’m dual community: a member of the carereg, liltot, honey hive, nursreg, cglcares, and nighttimereg regression communities, and sepatately, the bd2m, cg1, and pet pl@y k!nk communities. My k!nk and my regression/dreaming do NOT mix, and my regression and dreaming are always nonsexual and non-k!nk.

I regress to cope with mental illness, trauma, low self esteem, gender dysphoria, to regain a lost childhood, and for fun. I age dream for all the previous reasons, but also use my age dreaming as a method of guiding myself between headspaces. (It’s easier to go from an agere headspace to an agedre headspace to an adult headspace than it is to go straight from agere to adult.)

My regression age range is fairly large, 2-9 years, and I pet regress to both a kitten and a bunny. My age dreaming self doesn’t really have a tangible age range, just a general feeling of smolness. I’m a member of @spooky-babies-club and @comfort-kids-daycare .

Durring my pet regression, I’m cared for by my handler/boyfriend. We’ve have been together for 6 years, and he’s been my handler in some form or another for about three years. I’m currently looking for a platonic carer for my age regression/dreaming.

That was very, very brave of you. Yes, even if it was just for a little bit, and even if it didn’t work out. You tried, kiddo. You worked so hard and I’m very, very proud of you.

Because that’s ok, too. Your worth isn’t messured by whether you’re big or small. You did your best, kiddo. You did what you had to do to get through this day, and all that really matters is that you’re still here at the end of it.

So don’t blame yourself, ok, little one? Your energy has better places to be spent than on guilt and self hate. No matter what happens, remember: There is good in you. You are loved. You deserve to be here, on this earth. That will never change, big or small.

You don’t need to be a certain age, have a certain disability, or go through a certain amount of trauma in order to be smol. There are no prerequisites to being little.
