I’m a shapeshifter that also age regresses, here are some things I experience, feel, or find comfort in ˚. ᵎᵎ

⤷ ゛certain shifts attach to different interests and preferences when regressed; such as animals, toys, spaces, activities, colors, and snacks. ゛Like when in a bunny shift I’m drawn to soft things, bells/balls, and the colors white, gold, and pink ˎˊ˗

⤷ ゛ different play styles depending on what I’m shifted to, some shifts make me chew more while others make me want to hop around a lot and so on. . .ˎˊ˗

⤷ ゛ the deeper I am attached to a current animal shift the more likely I am to experience pet regression/more animal centered regression ˎˊ˗

⤷ ゛sometimes my shifting can trigger my age regression involuntarily, especially if I feel closer to an animals younger appearance than its older like how I often do with puppies/dogs. ゛I also have some shifts that I specifically attach to my regression as well ˎˊ˗

⤷ ゛certain feelings that being deep in my shifts specifically trigger also can happen when I regress, one being how hyper focused I become on tiny details- where dappled light touches and doesn’t, the lines in tables or floors, how many colors are in small things like flowers, etc. ˎˊ˗

⤷ ゛connecting deeper to some of my shifts can become easier when I’m regressed ˎˊ˗

⤷ ゛ nature/the outdoors is a huge comfort of mine in both my age regression and shapeshifting, I feel drawn to it and easily happy when outside ˎˊ˗

⤷ ゛my cg likes guessing what critter I feel like that day, often listing off a handful before eventually getting a nod ! ˎˊ˗

⤷ ゛<3 doing animal behaviors even when just age regressing! Binking, howling, head butting, chewing, growling, etc. ˎˊ˗

⤷ ゛ my shapeshifting can make playing certain pretend games easier and more enjoyable ˎˊ˗
