(And sorry, this got looong) Kinda makes me think there should be an AU fic where Mickey is like ~tumblr famous~ for a blog where he takes these sort of sexy (but within the tumblr rules) photos. And he has a big following. And Ian has recently started following Mickey and he’s a little obsessed. Which wouldn’t be that big a deal except for the fact that Mickey is Ian’s roommate. Ian had accidentally stumbled across Mickey’s blog and was very surprised because Mickey usually wears big hoodies and baggy jeans and has never mentioned even using tumblr let alone having a popular blog or that he has piercings. However, it does explain why Mickey spends most of his time alone in his room. Ian assumed he was in there sleeping or jacking off or something, he never in a million years thought Mickey was in there taking sexy photos. And Ian’s so attracted to him but doesn’t know how to bring up the fact he’s found Mickey’s blog because since Mickey moved in a year ago - they’ve barely talked and they’re definitely not friends. So Ian waits until Mickey does one of his random q&as and asks if Mickey’s gay and what kind of guys he likes. And he doesn’t think Mickey will answer because he gets so many messages but he does and he says that - “yeah & I like tall guys and redheads especially”. And Ian just about dies because….does that mean Mickey likes him? And Mickey’s just in the next room and Ian wants to go in there and ask him but he doesn’t. He sends another message on tumblr saying “haha thats great bc I’m tall and a redhead, also single” and Mickey just replies “send pics”. And without thinking Ian just gets up and knocks on Mickey’s door and Mickey’s like “what?” without opening the door and Ian is like “um…not much point in sending pictures because you already know what I look like”. And there’s a muttered “what the fuck?” and then just silence for a few minutes . And then the door opens a crack and Mickey peers out and Ian can see he’s shirtless (and Ian can see the piercings and he feels like he might die again) and they just stare at each other for a bit and then Mickey smirks and opens the door further so Ian can come in.

and then after knocking on mickey's door, he finds out that he can definitely handle mickey. he can handle mickey so well that within a couple of weeks he's featuring on mickey's blog and people are going feral over their couple shots (especially the one where mickey is perched on ian's clothed lap, completely naked with only ian's massive hands keeping them from being nerfed by tumblr's porn ban)

I can imagine him having a reputation for being impossible to please on his blog cuz every time he gets these confident af sexual anons he just casually brushes them off with this attitude like "none of you can handle me/please me/make me scream" and it drives ian crazy imagining what he would have to do to really get mickey going. he comes up with all these scenarios in his head, promising himself that if he ever does get his chance with mickey, he's gonna bring his A game in every way possible. the pressure is on. then when the time finally comes, he finds out mickey is the easiest slut ever when it comes to ian. ian barely has to try and mickey is absolute putty in his hands, begging for it like a whore. that's when ian realizes mickeys online persona is just for show - or is it just that the only thing needed to please the impossible mickey milkovich is one big dicked ginger in particular?

the truth is though, mickey isn’t hard to please, he just has high standards and he’s not gonna fuck around with someone who can’t give it to him the way he wants. so he answers all these anons, talking all about how they’ll never be able to handle him, when he knows that the gangly redhead in the next room definitely could (their walls are thin. he’s heard the noises the guys ian brings home makes. mickey’s surprised none of them haven’t died from how well ian works them.)
and ian just reads all of them like holy fuck, what if i can’t please mickey? and he kind of gets in his head about it. but then again, this is ian “you ever made someone cry” gallagher, and he quickly gets over his fear in favour of fantasising about mickey, bent over and begging for his dick.
when mickey invites him inside, he’s feeling the pressure, but when he grabs mickey by the waist and tosses him to the bed, mickey lets out this tiny whimper and ian just about loses it. mickey is desperate for it, writhing under ian’s hands, quietly pleading for it, and ian has to clench his teeth and hide his face in mickey’s neck multiple times to stop from coming on the spot.

mickey wants a new blanket for the couch to wrap himself up in when it's cold? "hey, mick, saw this today. is it cool if i leave it on the couch? feel free to use it." mickey complains on his blog about needing new jewellery cause his old ones are boring him? "yo, mickey, my sister is getting rid of a bunch of shit, you want anything?"
mickey posts about needing a big ass hoodie to wear when he's blogging (don't think about tattooed and pierced mickey laying around in nothing but a hoodie. i did and it's driving me feral.) the next day, ian is holding out a worn hoodie for him, talking all this shit about he's gonna throw it out, he doesn't need it anymore, and "maybe you'd want it, mick? idk i thought i'd ask you just in case."
mickey posts a pic of him in the hoodie, and he swears he can hear ian's loud groan from across the apartment. that's when he just says "fuck it" and posts something stupid like 'damn, wish my hot redhead roommate would come in and fuck me right now.'
and he gets like 5 anons asking if it's them he's talking about before ian is practically breaking his door down, growling all this shit about mickey knowing and playing him like a goddamn fiddle before fucking him with the hoodie still bunched around his shoulders.
Ok imagine tumblr mickey posting about spotting his hot roomate in his boxers once and so Ian then starts constantly just walking around in his underwear knowing what affect it has on mick
