if you love me let me go...that’s what i did to mount meadow a few months ago. I moved back to LA, but it..just didn’t feel right. I missed the mountains, and the water, and the best burger spot ever too. So here I am. So much has changed, and so much hasn’t, but I’m very happy to be back. I’m Hailee, and my two dogs have not moved from the townhouse window..

I had such a great time at the convention this weekend with my Shadow and Bone cast but there’s nothing like coming back to Mount Meadow. Especially now that autumn is just around the corner and that means all the great autumn events that Mount Meadow is known for. I know it’s still warm out right now, but something about it being this close to September and being home makes me want to break out the hot cocoa and sit on my porch in a comfy sweater just watching the world go by. Is anyone else as excited about the changing of the seasons as I am? Or am I just cray? @mountmeadow​

so... since it’s christmas every day (if you celebrate and if you don’t, i’m so sorry, ignore me) until the new year, who wants to gather up and watch christmas movies with me? i won’t be terribly picky about what we watch as a group. except i’m definitely demanding like, twelve things. casually. and hot cocoa. do you guys have any traditions with your families? any favorite things to do? favorite movies? please share. My heart isn’t ready.

Now that Halloween is over I’m going to need to hear some positive things on what I can do with this coldness in my heart. Halloween is my one day to really come to life and really live my best witchy life. So what do people do in the winter? I’m more of an eat, drink, and be merry kind of gal around the holidays but I need more this year. Give me ideas, I’m clearly desperate. Also if someone could show me the best place for tacos, that’d be cool too. @mountmeadow​
