- if you had asked me back when I first found out Di Feisheng became part of this weird poly trio how I thought it would happen, this is not what I would have thought. I don’t know what I thought but it wasn’t this lmao.

- Aw Li Lianhua does care. I like that he is warming up to Fang Duobing now.

- but this trio is already sending me. They’re all living in three different genres and I love that. But I feel a bit bad that Fang Duobing is the most out of the loop. Di Feisheng’s rivalry mentality reminds me a bit of Yan Wushi in Thousand Autumns (and thinking about it didn’t he also pull off a bone shrinking technique as well? Though his was to disguise as a woman not a child)

Li Lianhua: By the plot constantly finding him.

Fang Duobing: By being out of the loop of what’s actually going on

Di Feisheng: By wacky hijinks he wasn’t prepared for.

- Meanwhile, do I have to add torture to Li Lianhua’s list of crimes for what his cooking is doing to this guy? Li Lianhua, Xie Lian and Wei Wuxian should open a restaurant together.

- I feel like if this monk wasn’t already bald the sheer stress of talking to Li Lianhua and putting up with his bullshit would cause any hair he did have to fall out.

- and what’s the poly trio ship name and Li Lianhua and Di Feisheng ship name? Not sure where I land yet but I will say they’re making some compelling arguments. I don’t want to find out any spoilers by looking it up.
