i realised that i havent draw nora before. so. experiment with a new style. kinda. i was going to put her into a cute strwberry but it woul be more interesting if it was moldly. i think nora would hate that. she just wants to be useful
When Yukine and Mizuchi got to the very edge there was a word for each of them that was so important to them that it gave meaning to their existence again. Live, stay. And I think how absolutely perfectly those words describe their characters.
To live means to constantly change, grow, learn. Few characters have undergone as much development as Yukine, and becoming a blessed vessel is only the most visible of those changes. From the beginning, we can watch his personality grow and become stronger.
.Stay means to be constant, unchanging. Any change Mizuchi goes through is forced upon her. After all, all the effort she makes is intended to reverse the changes that have already occurred: bring her brother back, or to prove to her father that she herself is still the same.
By the way, the meaning of the two words, stay and live, is very nicely reflected in what they both wear as clothes. Mizuchi is seen practically all the time in her funeral kimono, while the variety of Yukine's wardrobe is legendary.
