As Queen of Twilight, Midna feels somewhat responsible for carrying on her lineage. And Midna has wanted children in the past. She seems like she wouldn’t be the mothering type, but she has a very unique attitude, and the only reason she’s so harsh is she’s desperate to save her people.

That being said, it would probably depend on the person. As princess, and before his corruption, Midna did think of the possibility with Zant. However, now it really is up in the air.
