Floweys line “you get used to it” UGH. I feel that line could apply to a lot of things- a place not “being a place for a flower”. he is certainly othered from everyone else in the game because of his abilities. He’s a monster, a cog in the machine, that “gained sentience” in the way he could control the world before Frisk.

Flowey immediately starting a fight is really interesting narratively just cause it really fits with his character, but also stylistically cause the black and white just looks really really cool… Reminds me of when Wingdings summoned those bones way back when

Oh yes and then the EXPRESSIONS here are just so incredible, Papyrus taking them away, the distressed, annoyed, anxious, worried- CRACK of a smile is SO GREAT- AUUUGGGGGHGHHH

I can feel Papyrus as a whole getting worse the longer they spend down here and im kinda worried he’s gonna explode at some point from holding it all in 😭 speaking of Papyrus, his whole thing about the amalgamates and not calling them “things” is so in character.
