The problem for me in high school was that I wasn't not smart, you just had to give me the right medium to express myself. I went to a small, isolated school. I craved culture. I craved knowledge. I wasn't being stimulated mentally at all. So my grades were slow to climb. Once I got my diploma and went to college, I really excelled. My culture was still missing so I flubbed some.
College really made my life better. I enjoyed myself, I joined student senate in my community college and had amazing experiences and friends.
I didn't like the school I went to next. Semester colleges were petty and a bit like high school. I wasn't really challenged and teachers took time out of their day to give you poor reviews. I was an older student so it felt a bit petty. Great friends though. Shitty tenured teachers. Amazing friendships that have lasted. It was the prize, and I did graduate.

I am done with gym, AB drops me till the bus stand, I get a nice seat on the bus, which is relatively empty, I put on my ear phones, put on The Happy Playlist and get lost in my world, you know, the usual!
