I thought of making a futuristic spin off, with Dib as the main character. "Membrain AU" takes place after the events of the movie "Enter the Florpus".
Zim will not appear (at least not soon) in this AU, since he had to return to his planet to choose the new leaders of his clan and organize for new laws.

DESCRIPTION OF THIS AU:
After the events of "enter the Florpus", Dib Membrane and his family have moved out of town, however, Zim has returned to his home planet, as it was his fault for the deaths of his leaders.
Dib still hasn't let his guard down, but after the move, he now finds himself in a new city full of paranormal phenomena and encounters. Despite this, people are still very ignorant, It's been 4 years, but Dib's more determined than ever. He's a more experienced paranormal investigator and is determined to keep the people of the city safe from this activity.
CHARACTER IN THIS AU:
Dib Membrane: Dib is now a 16-year-old boy, popular at his school, known as "Dib-Head," the school's conspiracy theorist. He's still somewhat self-centered, but he learns a lot along the way. Especially thanks to his new friends: Sam, Eddie, Tak, and Andi.He still wants to show the world the truth, but he keeps most of his research a secret. He's still the "mothman" agent of the "swollen-eye" society.
Gazlene Membrane: Gaz is now a 15-year-old girl, with a world record in her favorite video game and an online gaming community, sometimes streams for her audience, and is a famous gamer on the internet.She's still a fan of pigs, and now seems to be a bit more involved with her brother. Although she still finds her brother's enthusiastic and obsessive attitude irritating, secretly her maturation makes her feel more empathy towards others.(if you want an example of her attitude as a character, imagine a Loona from helluva boss)

Professor Membrane: Membrane is still a highly respected scientist in the science community and among science-loving nerds. However, he is still a very absent father, although it seems that he's now becoming somewhat aware of this, seeing that his "children" need him less and less. Since none of his children are going to dedicate themselves to science, he has 3 pupils whom he instructs to follow in his footsteps.He is even planning to tell Dib and Gaz that they are not his children, but his clones.
Tak: Tak was a prisoner on Moo-Ping-10, and because she was the first Irken to be imprisoned in this prison (since they consider the Irken Empire to be too powerful to stop them) they have decided to do experiments on her as a sort of "rehabilitation" for her Irken nature. Because of these experiments, Tak now gets a sentence of "community service" on the planet she tried to destroy (Earth), after contacting the "swollen eyes" Dib has been given the duty of watching over Tak and making sure she adjusts to Earth. Tak now has limited access to technology, so she has to settle for living as an "average human citizen" on Earth for an indefinite amount of time. The whole point of it all is to see if Tak is capable of being a better creature and being able to use this experiment to stop the Irkens. However, all this causes Tak to suffer some existential crises and she begins to question her existence, since she lives with some kind people on Earth and that makes her question the "why" of everything. She currently works as an assistant for Sam in his store.

Here we have Dib's love interest, inspired by an OC I created when I was a kid. Out of nostalgia, I decided to create her.
Some extra facts about her:
Her full name is "Andromeda," but she's called "Andi" as a diminutive.
She lives with her father, Kafka, who created his own company called "Osmosis Industries."
Since the emergence of Osmosis Industries, Membrane has felt a bit threatened, as his ego was somewhat affected by seeing a single person achieve more quickly what he had done his entire life.
Membrane is somewhat envious of Professor Osmosis, as he seems to have more attention from investors and more fans since his appearance.
Andi doesn't attend the same school as Dib.
Andi and Dib met at a science convention, where Dib was accompanying her father.
Dib has never met someone who didn't make fun of him for believing in aliens. Andi is very patient with him and his obsession, and believes him completely.
Their relationship is similar to that of Candace and Jeremy from Phineas and Ferb (Dib is Candace and Andi is Jeremy).
Dib often acts nervous around her, but little by little he will warm up to her.
Andi is one of the few people who doesn't judge or make fun of Dib for his passion.
They're not actually humans. They're actually aliens from a planet on the other side of the galaxy called "Marsumt."
Their species is very similar to humans, but with some biological differences.
Their species, called "Masumians," has much more advanced technology than Earth's, about 100 years ahead of its time.
Their main energy sources are "ectoplasm," a substance found only in ghosts and psychic energies on Earth.
Their bones, unlike humans, are composed of iron and not calcium, which makes them more resistant.
Marsumians have tails, although Andi and her father hide them.
All Marsumians have grey eyes.
The reason Andi and her father are on Earth is because of a transportation accident. Trapped on Earth and using Earth's technology, they'll will try to return to their planet, although this will take longer than expected, as Earth's technology is less advanced than that of the Masumians.

La razon por la que Andi y Su padre estan en la tierra es por un accidente de transpotacion. Quedaron atrapados en la tierra y usando la tecnología de la tierra tratarán de volver a su planeta, aunque esto lleve más tiempo del esperado, pues la tecnología terricola es menos avanzada que la de los masumianos

Well, since I officially presented my AU, I want to introduce my OCs that will have interaction with Dib as the protagonist.

Eddie:
Eddie is a hybrid of a powerful human witch and a demon worshipped by a cult.
In that cult, Eddie is worshipped like a prince, but his mother is fed up with his behavior, so she somewhat limited his powers and forced him to do something useful with them.
Dib was performing a spiritual ritual to acquire a "familiar spirit," and upon completing the ritual, Edgar's mother condemned him to be Dib's familiar for an indefinite period of time.
As a familiar spirit, he acquired the physical form of a bat and now lives with Dib and his family.
In his bat form, he can speak, but Professor Membrane apparently doesn't take Eddie's words seriously.
To others, Eddie is seen as "a pet." No one believes Dib when he says he's his "familiar."
At first, Eddie was just a playboy and more like a roommate because he refused to obey Dib, but little by little he began to feel a protective instinct towards Dib and Gaz, to the point that he sees them as younger brothers.
While he's a familiar, he won't be able to acquire his human form at will, only in certain isolated and necessary cases.
She loves shrimp and is somewhat fanatically attached to them.
Being half-demon, she has a certain aversion to some rituals and customs (perhaps holy water).
She spends her time giving Dib advice, some useful, some stupid.

By possessing the gift of mediumship, he has helped some people communicate with spirits, souls of deceased people, and even have brief visions of people's futures.
He can also master atrial plexus travel.
He had a girlfriend who was unfaithful to him when he obtained his gift, and he went blind.
He also possesses some clairvoyance, which helps him read tarot.
The rituals in his shop include tarot reading, predicting some things about the future, and medium sessions for communication.
He became Dib's friend, helped him with a seance, and understood Dib's vibe. He describes him as "a cool schizophrenic."
Of course, he believes Dib, and Dib even frequents his shop to obtain mystical materials for various adventures.
Despite being a witness to everything Dib does, no one believes him because he's "a crazy blind man."
He has a laid-back hippie attitude, and let's say he loves incense, but he smokes cannabis occasionally.
He's a fan of very exotic food. He can often be seen eating food with insects; he's not disgusted by them.
He allowed Tak to work in his shop and gave her asylum. He did Dib a favor, as he's aware of what's happening to her.
He develops a friendship with Tak in the process, describing some human attitudes.

Eddie es un mestizo de una bruja humana y un demonio poderosos al que un culto adora.
En ese culto, Eddie es adorado como un principe, pero su madre esta harta de su comportamiento, así que limito algo sus poderes y lo obligo a hacer algo util con ellos
Dib estaba haciendo un ritual espiritual para poder adquirir un "espiritu familiar", y al persivir el ritual, la madre de edgar lo condenó a ser el familiar de dib por un tiempo indefinidio.
Al ser un espiritu familiar, adquirio la forma fisica de un murcielago, y ahora vive con dib y su familia.
En su forma murcielago puede hablar, pero al parecer el profesor membrana no toma en serio cuando eddie habla.
Para los demás, eddie pasa desapercibido como "una mascota", nadie le cree a dib cuando dice que es su "familiar"
Al principio, Eddie era solo un vividor y más como un roomie pues se negaba a obeder a dib, pero poco a poco empezó a sentir un instinto protector hacia Dib y Gaz, al punto que los ve como hermanos menores
mientras sea un familiar, no podrá adquirir su forma humana a voluntad, solo con ciertos casos aislados y necesarios
Adora los camarones, tiene cierto fanatismo a ellos.
al ser mitad demonio, tiene cierta aberracion algunos rituales y costumbres (quizas agua bendita)
se la pasa dandole consejos a dib, algunos utiles, otros estupidos.
Se lleva bien con gaz, aunque aveces el le tenga miedo a ella. incluso tambien aveces la protege
Sam:
Sam es un hombre soltero de 30 años que tiene una tienda que vende productos espirituales importados.
El es legalmente ciego, pero ve el mundo de otra forma, puede persivir auras, energías y precenciar espiritus
obtuvo este don a los 15, cuando el era joven siempre tuvo un don especial para persivir precencias después de un ritual en el cementerio, se quedo ciego literalmente pero su don evoluciono hasta tener el don de medium
al poseer el don de medium, ha ayudado a algunas personas a comunicarse con espiritus, almas de gente muerta y e incluso tener visiones cortas sobre el futuro de las personas
Tambien puede dominar los viajes atrales.
tenía una novia que le fue infiel cuando el obtuvo su don y se quedó ciego
Tambien posee algo de clarividencia, lo que le ayuda a leer el tarot
los rituales de su tienda incluyen, leer el tarot, predecir algunas cosas del futuro y seciones de medium para comunicación
Se volvió amigo de dib al ayudarlo con una sesión de espiritismo, además de entender la vibra de dib.
El lo describe como "un esquizofrenico buena onda"
Por supuesto que le cree a dib, e incluso dib frecuenta su tienda para obtener materiales misticos para diferentes aventuras.
A pesar de ser un testigo de todo lo que dib hace, nadie le cree por "ser un ciego demente"
