Megatron, definitely. He’s a light sleeper anyway, so he usually wakes up before his alarm anyway.Â

Megatron gets their morning energon, because he’s up first, and he’s done getting it by the time Tailgate gets out of bed anyway.
Who’s the one to serve the other breakfast in bed?
Tailgate, on the odd day that he somehow wakes up first. He’ll get the energon, then bring it back, and cuddle with Megatron as they drink.
Who would suggest a quickie in the morning before work:
...Definitely Tailgate. Megatron somehow agrees. This ship is being a bad influence on him, but it’s totally worth it.
Who suggests they both ditch work to lay around all day:
Tailgate! Unfortunately it never really works because Megatron insists they can’t just do that. Unless of course they’re on planet and, really, two captains aren’t needed to oversee repairs.
Tailgate. He’s determined to see every vid he’s missed over the years. Megatron patiently goes with whatever Tailgate chooses.
Who initiates kissing during the movie, thus distracting the other from the movie all together:
Tailgate. Or Megatron. It switches, really, but it usually just stands with a kiss on the back of the hand from Megatron, then full blown making out. Tailgate says they can just rewatch the movie later.
Megatron. He does the ordering over the phone, and he always orders just what Tailgate wants.
Who steals food from the other’s plate without asking:
Tailgate. He thinks he’s being sneaky! (he’s not)
Who curls up next to the other and falls asleep due to a full tummy:
Surprisingly, Megatron. He’ll just rest his head in Tailgate’s lap and let Tailgate pet his head, and doze off for a mid day nap.
Who distracts the other from trying to work at home:
Tailgate. Â He tries very, very hard to get Megatron to play Boss-and-the-naughty-secretary.
Who asks to go get ice cream like a five year old:
Tailgate all the way and he gets the wackiest flavors.
Who takes pictures of their partner eating ice cream:
Tailgate takes all the pictures. His instagram account is massive.
Who makes a sexual joke about the dripping ice cream on their partner’s face:
Tailgate, for sure. Megatron just tells him he can clean it up later.
I see Tailgate as a secret great cook, so definitely him. If it was up to Megatron it would be fast, cheap and not-that-great-for-you all the time.
Who cleans up the kitchen afterwards:
Megatron cleans up, because he just feels that’s fair. But really, Tailgate usually helps, just because he likes spending time with Megatron. So they take turns washing and drying the dishes.
Who stays up until 2 reading:
Megatron. but he’s usually writing not reading.
Who stares at their partner while their sleeping:
Megatron. Every time Tailgate makes a little noise he glances over.
Who kisses their partner while they sleep:
Tailgate. When he wakes up in the middle of the night, and Megatron fell asleep with his datapad open and the light on. He puts it away, tucks Megatron in, and kisses his cheek before curling up.
