Hey ArenaNet
Hey, ArenaNet, Guild Wars 2. We need to talk about your armours. Not the outfits, the armours.
It’s great that you can mix and match armours to create something really unique, but lets talk about something that’s really lacking. I heard recently that light armour wearers (wearers... yeah that’s a word) now have pants. PANTS! I’ve been screaming about that since launch that my mesmer would really like pants. And that’s awesome.
Now, this rant may be due to the fact that recently I created a swashbuckling medium armour wearing version of my mesmer and that’s fine. But I know there’s others out there that would love to see this as well.
The following are some examples of armours that would be great! These are just random imagines I found doing a google search, I believe one I have reblogged before.
And you could easily make a male version of these without changing much. You don’t have to show a lotta skin for these at all. They look really good as is.
Even do these just as outfits, add a tricorn hat with a mask like the Buccaneer leather armour set. Add a cloak! Hell, you could just make the backpiece the cloak! Do something that looks really good!
I got pants for my mesmer, and it took a while for you to do it ArenaNet! Now give us swashbuckling armour of the samples above! I will hound you with this request until you do it!
