      Rosemary arrives home, and before she can take one step in both kids run over and cling to her legs. With a little bit of difficulty, the pregnant woman bends down and scoops the children up in her arms. “Did you two miss me? Because I missed you two!” After peppering their face with kisses she puts them down. She then turns her attention to her children’s sitter and smiles.  “Thank you again for looking after them. Do you want to stay for dinner? We have plenty of food.”

      “What are you reading?”

  "You look nervous, don’t be.” Assures the dream as she lays out all the ingredients they’ll need for her signature grilled cheese sandwiches. “I’ll be helping you, okay? So there is no way you’ll burn my house down.”

   “It’s you! I remember you.” Eve smiles as she waves at the familiar face. If she were to see her again, she expected it to be at the bookstore. However, she happened to catch her at the mall today. “It’s me, Eve.” She says softly while lowering her sunglasses. For once, she is trying not to stand out too much. 

     "WHY?” It was so easy for her to be happy. She found joy and excitement in the smallest things, even in the streets where people seemed to turn grey and sad as soon as they left their houses. She had never undertaken writing and she suspected she would not be good at it, but she could easily find a million ways to talk about happiness. But writing... well, maybe it was different. Her face shone in childlike wonder as she kept talking to Ingrid. “Shouldn’t it be easy? If you have something that makes you the happiest, shouldn’t you want to write about it?” Should, should, should. Maybe reality was much more different than she thought.
