Sunday core work. The BOSU shouldn't just be used just for planking or standing. Try exercises that incorporates seated core challenges. The first is a overhead Russian twist ball slams and the second L-sitting with med ball. The second is very tough if you have tight hamstrings (yours truly!) We just started incorporating these ourselves and with clients because stabilization isn't only important in standing or lying down. We started with just holding balance statically then progress to dynamic moves.
