🤔 I think she would, though it would turn out that she would haze Agnes by letting her become her clone. Meanid would love it. While Wednesday sees her Invisibility as usefulness, Meanid sees her visibility as a perk to piss her roommate off with.

While one Wednesday Addams is enough for the world, narcissistic Meanid would love to have a partner to gang up on Wednesday with, especially a Vanisher that Wednesday is already lowkey frightened of to begin with (only because she WOULD never see her coming/hates the unknown/in the canon she can never sense where she is...she did almost burn her novel, BUT yanno...I feel like Agnes already made a copy of it).

I was thinking about this yesterday when I was writing about Agnes as queer allegory and I think it would be slightly abusive (💔) to our Agnes at first, but it'd also be a situation where Meanid would want to steal her away from Wednesday just because she could, but then she'd be stuck with her (kind of a careful what you wish for thing). It could work, because god damn, can you imagine Meanid's bitchass reactions every time she was startled? Agnes's revenge LOL

I see Agnes as a very resilient character, so she'd learn Meanid's quirks quickly. Wednesday though...she would never lose, even to Meanid.

I had high hopes when she first appeared onscreen because I thought they were gonna recreate the Wednesday — Amanda Buckman dynamic, but alas...they had to make Enid some cookie cutter Rainbow Sprite bitch. Also a literal stereotype of a dumb blonde who runs a gossip blog but can't spell the names of the people she gossips about and also sucks so bad at sniffing out gossip/secrets that she didn't have a fucking clue that there was a 'secret society' on campus. These are canon facts bruhs.

I think it would've been more interesting if they had made Enid a stuck up bitch who had to come to her own type of friendship terms. That Weems forced the pair because she knew Enid was a stuck up bitch who no one wanted to room with, which was fine because she didn't want to room with anyone else either. Not so much a foil to Wednesday as a mirror, where they would both stumble sometime and have to find their way back towards cooperation and friendship. Mean!Enid..."Meanid" LOL — who is also a bit of a snot because of the way she's treated at home by Esther (so that hasn't really changed, the change would be in how Enid copes with it).

Ooooh, see, now that's fertile ground for a Wenclair situation since that's serious Enemies to Lovers and they'd both be all that the other person really had, given Meanid's reputation. And no one said she couldn't still be into rainbows. It would just make it even more obnoxious, which would be good for the satire when they're both competing to see who can be the bigger shit to the other.
