It will haunt them until they really have to talk. They will probably show it in the next episode. I just don't really like when the story uses alcohol to push its characters to act in a way they wouldn't if they were sober... It's not my favorite story device.

I've always felt that Jack's anger at Ten was because he felt betrayed by him for various reasons including him leaving their previous esport team to be in the Blue Viper. However, after hearing this conversation, it seems Jack could also be part of the reason they are at odds right now.
It seems to me that both of them are responsible for their strained relationship now and they are both hurting from it too. What happened that made Jack jump to his own conclusion and stop talking to Ten? Also, why does Ten think there is no point trying to explain anything to Jack?
It's sad to see that if they took the time to truly talk and listen, they could probably be close again. However, neither is ready to make the first move. That's why they are stuck in this relationship that hurts them both.
I really thought Ten knew it was Jack, but it turns out it was a coincidence and none of them knew the truth. So, is it fate that they found in each other, once again, the person they were looking for?
Perhaps, it should make them rethink why they are so at odds with each other because it turns out they really enjoy each other's company when they don't have all the emotional baggage from the past.

I'm starting to believe that they introduced the modern time hospital romances to make people wait for the actual romance between Great and Dech π.
This episode was spending a lot of time on proving Gaew/Great's innocence and showing how Gaew's previous misconduct make people have a bad views on him. Falcon also proved to be an opportunist who doesn't mind using others to keep himself safe. He is surely going to be the main villain. Thankfully, Maria came to testify otherwise I doubt Great would have avoided anything.
As much as I like when they develop other characters I feel like this BL version of Love Destiny has less episodes than the OG version and can't really spend too much time on other stories. Sri's part felt a bit unnecessary. Maybe it's going to be linked to the main story at one point, but I don't know how.
The episode was already over before I truly felt like something new happened to our main characters.
