Pen Testing
So I've been thinking a lot about what (mainly tfp but really pretty much any-) Soundwave's holoform would look like if he was genuinely trying to blend in to human society as best he could (I'm writing a fic). But I also love the exhausted dad Soundwave trope so, SO much...
And then it hit me.
Soundwave is Decepticon Aizawa (from MHA).
Think about it! There is too much chaos! All the time. And they are in charge of managing the chaos! They must always be alert and aware of whats happening to their flock, their idiots! They're constantly dealing with problem children/mechs causing nonsense and mayhem! Bickering! Black cats! Reluctant fatherly behavior! They both definitely have insomnia but never have time to sleep anyway! They've both got that rugged, yet tired, "I've been through everything", "not-actually-a-dad, but totally-a-dad" charm.

IMO, Kicker and Misha are both victims under the "care" of Kicker's abusive father Dr. Brian Jones, who keeps his son blind from knowing anything beyond what's expected out of him, while is keeping his apprentice and son's childhood friend from speaking out.
Not only did Dr. Jones experiment on his own son, forced him into dangerous situations that traumatized him, and always dismissing his son's well-being, I believe he was just as cruel towards Misha because her parents were the only adults who cared for Kicker's well-being.
If Energon was better-written, Dr. Jones would have been ranked as one of anime's worst fathers, just under FMA's Shou Tucker.

First TFP drawing and I chose my favorite boah
I have a deep, unruly desire in my soul to buy the entirety of the new Lego Friends sets. I have this FOMO now of when I was a kid, I had so many boy toys and stuff (including bionicle) but I have this deep desire to engage with girl toys now but I don't have any MONEY. Or SPACE. I'd love to collect dolls, maybe get a sewing machine and make cute tiny outfits, throw up posters of MLP and stuff... It's all so pink and cute and honestly I just want all of it.. πππ
I know gender stereotypical toys are bad but honestly I'm seeing a lot of stuff going around with mlp and transformers having gender equal ensembles and colors in lego sets splashing to all sides of the gender spectrum and it's really awesome to see. I wish I grew up in this era because you can be damn well sure pre-trans kid me would have been all over this Friends soft reboot with all the new kids. Monkey kid too?? I want to pick up Twitch from Earthspark, they're adorable. And I want Izzy from My Little Pony. I want the stuff, give me the ladies. I want my brightly colored companions. Sure I'd miss out on Bionicle but I honestly wish I could have had this kinda stuff growing up.
